Release Notes

BillingTracker changes to respect responsible party information from Intake form, Insurance tab.

Program update notes are now accessible by going to Help -> View Update Notes. Also, upon first running a new version of the program, you will be prompted to view these release notes.

Addition of refresh button to patient listing form. This will allow you to easily refresh the current list of clients to update with any changes since the last time the list was displayed.

Creation of Clinician Historical Appointments report, available in Staff Reports menu. Will allow you to view caseload/appointment information by staff broken down by day, week, month, or year.

Fix to BillingTracker when assigning encounters without a diagnosis (new option for in-home service agencies).

When selecting goal/objective pairs on the Tx Plan tab of progress notes, goals or objectives with an achieved date entered will not display as options

Ability to rename categories in Staff Based Activity: Using the maintenance form, right-click on a category and choose "Update Category Name"

Scheduler: Default description to client name when creating a new appointment in client-view

Addition of Client Characteristics field (Maintenance Item, Intake tab dropdown menu, and ability to toggle display on Options form)

Ability to modify appointment statuses (Maintenance -> Appointment Status). Note: status of 'Showed Up' will not be displayed on this form, but will always be present in the Patient Contacts, Appointments tab. All entered statuses will be considered non-kept appointments.

Addition of Responsible Party fields to Insurance tab. The next BillingTracker release will incorporate this information into the billing/collections process.
