ClinicTracker will now record a timestamp for each individual signature instead of just a single timestamp for when the record was locked. This timestamp will be included on the paperwork output. If you place your mouse over the signature image displayed on-screen, the timestamp will also be displayed. This is now available for all modules.

ClinicTracker will now record a timestamp for each individual signature instead of just a single timestamp for when the record was locked. This timestamp will be included on the paperwork output. This is currently available for the following forms: Consultation Summary, Admission Note, Admission Summary, Transfer Summary, Discharge Summary, Case Review. The remaining forms will have this added functionality in an upcoming release.

BillingTracker: Fee schedule updates as follows: If there is a Fee then use Fee * % Paid, otherwise use Allowed Amount.

Scheduler function to search for lapsing recurring events: list can now be sorted by clicking on the column headers.

Included Authorization Code on Appointment Note Printout (Patient Contacts -> Actions -> Print Appointment Note).

Ability to configure maximum number of events in a recurrence (Options form, Administrative tab).

The user-responsibilities section in Staff Info now has an additional checkbox for Progress Notes, which the Patient Contact form will enforce. By default, all users will be granted this permission (as they are now). However, you can selectively remove it from users who should not have access to view progress notes.

Update to Collateral Report when filtering for a specific patient group.

Release of new Web-Based Support Desk at http://support.jagproducts.com. Support requests sent through the program (Both ClinicTracker and BillingTracker) will now be directed to this online trouble-ticket system. Each user will need to sign up for an account the first time they access the system, but afterward will only need to log in to their account online or submit tickets via email updates.

Addition of 'Search for Lapsing Recurring Events' feature from Scheduler File menu.

BT: If diagnosis is not required in Patient Contacts, it will not be required in the Edit Claim module.
