All dropdown menus within Patient Contacts can be easily searched by pressing F2 when the control has focus (either by clicking on it or using the tab key). Enter a search term and press enter to display a list of matching entries.

Update to Batch Claim Creation Utility: When selecting a service, the default pricing from the Service Input maintenance menu will be pre-populated.

Update to Batch Claim Creation Utility: If "Include Authorization Code" is selected and an active authorization exists which matches the claim details, it will automatically be included in the created claim record. The authorization codes will also be displayed in the created claim grid on the bottom of the form.

Ability to set gross income as $0 in Financial tab of Demographic record.

Insurance Authorizations: Addition of "Revision Number" field. This will allow you to reuse the same authorization code and update it with different information. Previously an authorization code needed to be unique for a given patient. Now the combination of code and revision need to be unique for a patient. For example if code '123' needs to be reused with a different authorized date range, create an additional authorization record with a code of '123' and revision number of '2'. All existing authorizations have been defaulted to revision '1' so there will be no impact on current data.

Corresponding authorization revision number field added to Appointment tab within Patient Contacts and Claim Detail form within BillingTracker. This revision number will carry through to BillingTracker along with the authorization code (but will not actually appear on claim files).

Additional limitation that can be imposed on authorization codes for "Number of Claims." This will allow you to set an authorization code to be valid for a certain number of uses within BillingTracker claim files, regardless of how many appointments have been recorded within ClinicTracker using the code. All existing authorizations have defaulted this restriction to "N/A" so there will be no impact on current data.

eForms Feature: Ability to re-capture patient signatures collected from signature tablets. If a mistake was made collecting a patient signature, right-clicking on the 'View Signature' button will allow you to collect a new signature (requires administrative privileges). Note that you are still never allowed to completely remove a captured signature.

Moved Incident Report Form and Staff Based Activity into Utilities section of Paperwork menu.

Correction to signing routine for CD Discharge Summaries.

New Scheduler: Ability to change the "First Day of Week" from the default of Monday. See Scheduler Settings within Staff Info.

Patient notes (stored by right-clicking on a patient name in the find form) will include a user and date/time stamp to the end of the note.

Added setting in Options form, Admin tab for "Only Show Patients In Accessible Modules." For agencies running multiple modules (e.g. MH and CD) concurrently, enabling this option will hide the names of any clients in modules that the current staff member does not have access to. Default option will be to leave this behavior as it is currently, where all names are displayed, but trying to open the record of an inaccessible client will display a warning prompt.

Intake-clinician from demographic record will be assigned to compliance record until follow-up clinician is assigned, at which point follow-up clinician will be come the responsible clinician for compliance.

Color coding based on availability data added to new scheduler. Green shading=available. Red shading=unavailable. Hashing=availability record overlaps with non-work hours.
