Ability to generate custom reports form Form Builder forms. See Reports -> Custom Form Reports. These searches can be performed on the fly, or stored for display in the main report menus using the "Manage Reports" feature.

Addition of DOB and Place of Service to Encounters by Program reports.

For agencies running the new Staff Dashboard homescreen: New option for determining if the My Patients widget navigates to Patient Dashboard (PD) or Demographics (DG). These options are displayed in the top right corner of the widget, and your most recent selection will persist between logins.

Added new setting to Preferences tab of Options form: "Summaries: Discharge Summary Mini Note: Show MH Tx Tab". Check this option if you want to display the Mental Health History tab in the Mental Health Mini Discharge Summary format.

Update to Schedule Event Type maintenance screen to indicate if an event type shouldn't generate automatic reminder calls.

CD Assessment: 'Substance' and 'Frequency of Use' will pull from maintenance lists within 'Chemical Use, Abuse, Dependency History' section.

BillingTracker: Added details of who entered a payment record on the detailed version of the "Credit Balance Report".

When sending a message to users with a Staff Info preference to receive messages by "email" or "message board with email alert", the sender will receive a prompt to create a notification email for all messages sent (including direct messages). Previously this was only enabled for signature reminders sent from the paperwork templates.

Admin Reports -> Treatment Plan Status Report will also display information for CD Treatment Plans.

BillingTracker: Addition of Value Code Information within the "Additional Info" section of the Claim Detail form. This is only relevant for institutional claims (UB-04 and 837I). Addition of "Value Code" as an option within Electronic Claim Transmission Setup for HI*BE. Addition of "Default Value Code Information" section within insurer setup. If present, this information will automatically be associated with the claim upon transition.

Ability to load Treatment Plan information from any prior treatment plan, not just the latest (see drop-down option of button beneath Treatment Plan history list).

New feature on demographic form at "File -> Load From Existing Patient". This will allow you to create a new patient record based on an existing one. This can be useful when entering two members of the same family who share many details.

ASAM LOC: Addition of "Purpose of Evaluation" and "Indicated Level of Care" to Closing tab.

This change from update #594 has been converted into a configurable option which can be set at BillingTracker -> File -> Setup -> Options: Secondary and tertiary Axis 1 diagnoses recorded within appointment records will transition to BillingTracker.

BillingTracker: Addition of FTP/SFTP capability for uploading claim files. If your payor or clearinghouse supports direct transmission of 837 files, you can now do this directly through BillingTracker, without going to a website or using an external FTP program. Connection information can be stored at File -> Setup -> Electronic Claim Transmission Setup. On the Review Submission Batches form, a new FTP will display to the right of the claim file name in the bottom left corner. Clicking this button will launch an integrated FTP utility with the claim file selected and FTP information pre-populated. Click the connect button and perform any necessary FTP/SFTP operation.

New setting on Options form, Admin tab for "Related Documents Path". This will allow you to set the default path displayed when browsing for files to import.
